  1. Add rice, glutinous rice, purple rice and water into the rice cooker and cook.

  2. Cut the cucumber into strips.

  3. Cut red sausage into strips.

  4. Beat the eggs and fry them in a pan to form egg pancakes. Cut the egg pancake into strips.

  5. Place a piece of seaweed on top of the bamboo curtain.

  6. Spread the cooked rice over the nori.

  7. Spread a layer of salad dressing over the rice.

  8. Place the cut red sausage strips, cucumber strips, and egg strips on one end of the rice.

  9. Sprinkle with meat floss.

  10. Roll up the material, making sure it is tight. Then cut into pieces with a knife. Plate ready
