Steps
-
Shred the sauerkraut and chop into pieces (this sauerkraut is my mom’s hoard)
-
Pour the chopped sauerkraut several times with water (or it won’t be too sour) and make it into a dough
-
Add chopped green onion, salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, and lard according to your own taste (I didn’t add meat here, so I must add more lard, otherwise it will taste bad) and mix well
-
Heat the water and scald the dough into a fluffy shape, knead it into dough, let it rest for a while, divide the dough into small portions (a little larger than dumplings),
-
Make dumplings and make them according to the method of making dumplings (the filling needs to be bigger to be delicious), put it on the steamer, boil it and steam it for more than ten minutes
-
Dip some minced garlic and add chili oil, it smells delicious
