Five red porridge
Overview
Five reds: red dates, wolfberry, peanuts, red beans, and brown sugar. Use them to make red porridge. When you think about it, your face will turn as red as a red apple. Regardless of the nutritional content, I want to try a bowl first.

Dates, red beans, peanuts, wolfberries, brown sugar, and a cup of rhubarb rice were specially put in. The beans are not sticky when making porridge, and the glutinous rice-like rhubarb rice is added to make it sticky.

Wash the jujube and peanuts and soak them for 1 hour.

Wash all the ingredients and put them into the electric pressure cooker and pour 1 pot of purified water.
