Remove stems from white mushrooms, wash and drain

Cut the washed white mushrooms into quarters and set aside

Wash the onion and garlic, peel the onion and cut into shreds, crush the garlic with the back of a knife and set aside (you can also cut it into small pieces)

Add an appropriate amount of olive oil to the pot, heat over medium heat, add onions and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant
