Wash the corn and cut it into 3 sections, peel the carrot and cut it into triangles

Appropriate amount of bacon trotters

A piece of ginger, pat it

Put all the ingredients into a Corning soup pot, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 45 minutes

The time is up, it’s delicious, the cured pig’s trotters are salty, try it out, it’s not enough and then adjust it, I eat it lightly, just don’t need to adjust the seasoning
