Grilled pork belly
Overview
I was tired of the usual fried pork belly and stewed pork belly, and wanted to change the way to eat it. I happened to see this recipe of barbecued pork belly from a friend, so I immediately made it. It requires very few ingredients, simple and violent! Most importantly, it's delicious.

Wash the pork belly, drain the water and put it into a bowl. Apply all the ingredients evenly on the meat.

Cover with plastic wrap and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Take out the marinated meat the next day.

Put the surface brushing ingredients into a small bowl and mix well.

Place the marinated meat on a baking sheet lined with foil and brush the sauce on the surface of the meat.

Preheat the oven in advance, use hot air circulation, 190 degrees for 30 minutes.

After 15 minutes, turn it over, brush with seasoning again, and continue to bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
