I have always loved eating glutinous rice dumplings, but I rarely encounter a flavor that I like outside. So I followed other people’s methods and finally succeeded in making this beautiful-looking pumpkin glutinous rice dumplings.

Cut all the ingredients into grains, peel and cut the pumpkin into pieces, tear the scallops into pieces and soak them in a bowl, cut the green onions into chopped green onions, and cut the remaining carrots into slices for later use and put them on the bottom of the plate to steam the rice dumplings.

Fry all the ingredients cut into granules and the scallops until cooked, and add a little seasoning.

Take a plate with glutinous rice flour, pour the cooked pumpkin into it, and stir again. If the flour is too dry during the stirring process, add an appropriate amount of water. Do not add all the water at once, otherwise it will be too wet.

After the flour is mixed, take an appropriate size piece and flatten it, then add the cooked ingredients inside. After wrapping all the flour, place it on the steaming tray and steam it for 10 to 12 minutes.
