Chive egg pancake
Overview
Making breakfast pancakes with various vegetables, grains, and eggs is my favorite breakfast. This kind of breakfast is simple to make and takes up less time. It is paired with a bowl of porridge and a plate of fruit. The rich nutrition makes you full of energy for the day's work. I had some leeks left over from making dumplings yesterday, so I used them to make this simple breakfast pancake this morning.

Wash the leeks and cut into small pieces.

Put the chopped leeks into a large bowl, add appropriate amount of flour and mix well.

Break in two eggs.

Add appropriate amount of water and stir evenly to form a flowable paste.

Add appropriate amount of salt and mix well.

Add a little five-spice powder and mix well.

Put a little oil in the electric pan, pour half of the batter and spread it into a pancake shape and fry until cooked.

Fry one side until cooked, flip over and fry the other side.
