  1. Put the pig brains into a stew pot and soak them in water for an hour or two to soak the blood.

  2. After the blood is poured out, add water, salt, and ginger slices and bring to a boil. I simmered it in the induction cooker. After the water boiled, I turned to 900 watts for 18 minutes and it was ready to eat.
