My husband happened to pass by my hometown on a business trip on Wednesday, and suddenly I wanted to eat the home's pickled cabbage and pork stewed vermicelli, so I brought some pickled cabbage back from home.

In a waterproof pot, add pepper, aniseed, onion, ginger, and boil water for 15 minutes.

Wash the sauerkraut twice in water and squeeze dry.

Put the meat and soup in the pot into the casserole.

Cook on medium heat for 45 minutes.

When the time is up, take the meat out and let it cool.

Cut the meat into slices.

Put the meat slices into the casserole and heat for 15 minutes, then add the vermicelli and cook for 10 minutes.

When serving, add salt and soy sauce to taste. Stewing sauerkraut in an iron pot also tastes great.
