Mix all the ingredients (except butter and yeast) with chopsticks. No need to form a ball. Let it sit for about an hour. Then add yeast and start the bread machine to knead the dough. The two kneading programs last for 40 minutes. Add softened solid butter when kneading for 25 minutes and stir evenly. After the two kneading processes are completed, the dough reaches the fully expanded stage and a transparent film can be pulled out.

Start the fermentation function of the bread machine, and the dough will begin to ferment for about 50 minutes. It will ferment until it doubles in size. Insert your finger into the middle of the dough and the dough will not shrink or collapse. The fermentation is completed.

Press the fermented dough with your hands to deflate the air, divide the dough into ten parts, roll into balls, cover with plastic wrap and rest for 15 minutes.

Roll the rested dough into an oval shape.

Turn over and thin the long bottom edge.

Roll into strips from top to bottom.

Roll the noodles into a long shape and arrange them into the shape of the number "6".

Pass the top piece through the circle of "6".

Twist the circle part 180 degrees.

Tuck the end that goes through the circle into the circle from above.

Place the dough on a baking sheet, put a bowl of hot water in the oven, and close the oven door for the second fermentation. (Use the oven fermentation function for fermentation in cold weather)

After fermentation has doubled in size, spray water on the surface, put it into the middle rack of the oven preheated to 175 degrees, turn the heat up and down, and bake for about 18-20 minutes.

There is no surface decoration after coming out of the oven, and there is no egg wash before baking, and the matte finish is beautiful.
