Grilled Pork with Kelp
Overview
In the past, kelp was often eaten cold, spicy and sour for an appetizer. After eating too much, I got tired of it. This time I changed the method and cooked it with pork belly. It has a completely different taste. It is indeed the same appetizer and rice. You can try it

Steps
-
I bought the kelp and soaked it myself. After soaking it for a while, I used a brush to wash off the sea salt and dirty things on it. I washed it several times
-
Then cut it into thin strips like this
-
Just tie a knot with your hands and go through the knots like this
-
It’s quite beautiful to say
-
Wash the pork belly and cut into small pieces for later use
-
Mince the ginger and slice the garlic
-
Pour a little water into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, add the washed kelp knots, mix well, and cook for about half a minute to remove impurities
-
After cooking, drain the water and set aside
-
Just put a little oil in the pot, add the chopped pork belly pieces, and stir-fry until oil comes out
-
Add chopped garlic, minced ginger, and a little dried chili
-
Stir-fry a spoonful of bean paste into red oil
-
Pour in a spoonful of light soy sauce
-
Add appropriate amount of boiling water
-
After boiling, pour in the drained kelp knots, mix well and cover the pot. After boiling, use medium to low heat, stirring in the middle. Don’t leave it alone
-
Cut garlic seedlings into diagonal sections and set aside
-
When the soup is almost gone, uncover the pot, pour in a little salt and chicken powder, and turn to high heat to reduce the juice
-
Finally, add the chopped garlic sprouts, stir-fry and serve
-
The kelp is infused with the aroma of meat, which is super delicious and goes well with rice
-
I used to eat it cold, but I changed it to a different meal today, it’s super good
