Steps
-
Take about 40 grams of fresh milk and heat it to boiling. Remove from the heat and sift in the matcha powder and stir evenly.
-
Pour the remaining milk into the milk pot together with the whipping cream and sugar. After the mixture boils over high heat, turn to low heat and stir continuously.
-
It is easy to overflow during the stirring process, so when the liquid is about to overflow the pot, lift the pot immediately and cook repeatedly until the liquid in the pot becomes thick and non-stick (similar to the texture of condensed milk). I cooked it for almost 20 minutes.
-
Remove from the heat, pour in the strong tea and milk mixture from the first step, and stir vigorously with a spatula until it is completely uniform and free of lumps.
-
The strong tea sauce spread on breakfast toast is delicious and beautiful, and it can be said to be full of color, flavor and aroma.

Bottled, beautiful, perfect for gifting to best friends
