The ingredients are weighed according to the amount

Add sugar to the cream and beat until 6-7, which is mousse cream

Add egg yolks to sugar and mix well

Sift in the flour and cornstarch

Stir evenly, don't stir too hard, otherwise gluten will easily form

Heat the milk and remove from the heat

Slowly add the hot milk to the egg yolk batter and stir evenly

Transfer the stirred milk and egg yolk paste to the fire

Heat over low heat and stir until a thick paste becomes thick, then turn off the heat

While hot, add butter and mix well

After cooling, add the whipped cream and mix well
