  1. Add diced ham sausage and chopped green onions to the leftover rice;

  2. Add appropriate amount of salt, oyster sauce and a small amount of thirteen spices;

  3. Use a rice spoon to crush the rice;

  4. The rice is now sticky and can hold itself together;

  5. Put the rice into a plastic bag and put it into a rectangular plastic box to flatten the surface;

  6. Wipe a knife with water to cut the rice into pieces and wrap it in bread crumbs;

  7. Preheat the electric pan, pour a small amount of oil, add the rice base and fry until cooked;

  8. You can also fry it directly. It will turn out golden brown and very fragrant; but I personally prefer it wrapped in bread crumbs~

  9. Eat it as it is fried, or you can add tomato sauce or hoisin sauce.
