Tomato Meat Sauce Pizza Box
Overview
I'd be really sorry if I didn't share such a delicious pizza! I originally wanted to make spaghetti with tomato sauce and meat sauce, but while the sauce was being stir-fried, my niece came over and dipped her finger in it and said, "It smells so good!" Can this sauce be used on pizza? Can I not eat pasta? So I acted on my whim, changed the shape of the pizza crust, and made this pizza box with tomato sauce and meat sauce. I didn't expect it to be so delicious that I couldn't help but ask my niece if it was delicious. She said, "It's not delicious at all, but it's not enough after I finish it!" Translate; not delicious at all means too delicious! ! !

Ingredients
Steps
-
Mix all pizza base dough ingredients together;
-
Knead into smooth dough;
-
Cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size;
-
While the dough is fermenting, make the beef sauce; cut 400 grams of beef into very small cubes and marinate with a small spoonful of black pepper, a little salt and a few drops of lemon juice for later use; mince eight cloves of garlic and dice an onion and set aside;
-
Heat up 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a wok, add minced garlic and diced onions and saute until fragrant;
-
Pour in the marinated beef cubes and stir-fry to release the oil, add 2 chopped tomatoes and stir-fry until fragrant;
-
Add 8 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons of caster sugar, 2 teaspoons of basil, 2 teaspoons of pizza grass, a small spoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper and stir-fry evenly;
-
Cook over low heat until the water dries up and the soup becomes thick (I poured out some of the sauce to make the pasta before the soup dries up!);
-
Turn off the heat and set aside;
-
Cover the chopping board with oil paper, place the fermented dough on the oil paper, flatten it and roll it into a rectangle;
-
Prick holes evenly with a fork and ferment for ten minutes;
-
Pour tomato sauce and beef sauce into the middle third and spread evenly;
-
Use a knife to cut both sides into strips of about 2 cm;
-
Press one line at a time to form a braid;
-
Complete each item in turn;
-
Lift the parchment paper and place it on the baking sheet, brush the surface with egg wash (and a little hand secretly placed a few sausage slices on it!);
-
Place in the middle rack of a preheated 220-degree oven and heat up and down for 17 minutes;
