Soak five kinds of beans in a basin with water, usually overnight, but my soymilk machine can do both dry and wet beans, so I soaked them for 10 minutes today

Put the beans into a commercial mini soy milk machine and add twice the boiling water. It is not recommended to add more, otherwise it will boil too high. The same goes for adding twice as much water to make a bean paste and filtering while adding water later.

First beat at a low speed for 3 minutes. If you don't hear the sound of the beans hitting the wall of the soymilk machine, start to speed up gradually. It is not recommended to use a high speed at the beginning, as it is easy to miss some beans. Finally, hit it three times at the highest instantaneous speed, and that’s it

First use a filter spoon with a handle to filter out the coarse residue, then use 80 mesh filter gauze and place it on the filter spoon to filter again. The 80 mesh filter can be very fine. There will be no more throat-cutting sensation
