Ham and cheese bread
Overview
I went to Wal-Mart and bought a 5KG bag of flour and came back. Now I can make bread vigorously. I make it once a week and stock it in the refrigerator, and then save it for breakfast for two days. If you eat too much sweet food and everyone prefers salty food, it’s better to have a ham left, add some chives and sprinkle some mozzarella cheese, it will be fragrant when grilled. A salty bread with some milk for breakfast is nutritious enough!

Make the bread dough first, put milk, egg liquid, sugar and salt into the bread barrel in sequence

Add bread flour and yeast powder

Close the lid of the bread bucket, select the bread program and start kneading the dough

Add softened butter at 20 minutes and continue working for 20 minutes until the dough becomes chewy and begins to ferment

The dough is proofed until the mold is full

Take out the dough and deflate it, divide it into small portions, roll it into balls and let it rest for ten minutes

Roll the small dough into a long strip, braid it into three pieces and place it on the baking sheet, then continue to rise until it doubles in size

Prepare ham slices, shredded mozzarella cheese and green onions

Brush the fermented bread with egg wash, place the ham slices and sprinkle with a layer of salt, then sprinkle with cheese and chives

Put it in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
