Vegetarian fried pumpkin
Overview
A few days ago, my mother’s colleague gave me a large gourd grown at home. Last year, I also planted one at home, but it was not as big. It was shorter and fatter, so it must be a different variety. Yesterday I cut a piece and fried it, it was pretty good. In fact, I didn’t know what to call this kind of melon in Mandarin. Once when I went to the supermarket and saw one for sale, I quickly walked up to see what it was called. Haha, it turned out to be called gourd. Maybe the name is different in different places.
