Overview
Pork, scallops and green peppers are paired together. This is my first time trying to wrap siomai. It tastes delicious. The lightness of the green peppers cuts through the greasy meat. The scallops have excellent nutritional content

Soak the scallops the night before

Add water to the pork filling and mix well

Wash and crush scallops

Add pork and scallops, add half a teaspoon of thirteen-spice light soy sauce, sugar and cooked oil, stir well

Blanch the chopped green peppers, rinse with water, squeeze out the water, mix with the pork and scallop stuffing, add salt and mix evenly

Blanch flour orange noodles (wheat starch) in boiling water

Cool slightly and knead into dough for ten minutes

Cut the dough into pieces the size of dumpling wrappers. Roll out the dough and make it thicker in the middle. Use starch to make the dough. You should press some skirt around to eat it yourself

Brush the pot drawer with oil and place the wrapped siomai. Do not place them next to each other

After the water boils, put in the steamed shaomai. After the water boils, steam the siomai for 20 minutes so that it does not collapse or stick to the waist
