  6. Take a piece of wonton wrapper and wrap it with the meat filling. Don’t wrap too much meat filling.

  7. Put oil in a pan and add wrapped wontons.

  8. Turn to low heat, cover the pot and simmer for two to three minutes, turning the wontons over once.
