This bread is made by combining European bread. It is simple, sweet and soft. Paired with a glass of milk, it is a good breakfast!

Milk, eggs, salt, sugar, flour (make a small nest in the middle of the flour and add yeast).

Press the fermentation button of the bread machine to knead the dough.

After kneading the dough, add olive oil and continue kneading. When you hear the bread machine beeping, add nuts and continue kneading and fermenting.

After mixing, ferment until about 2 times in size. If it does not shrink back when pressed with your hands, take it out.

Divide the dough into two equal parts and press each to deflate.

Put a small amount of dry flour on the bottom and fold it from the top.

Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
