Put all the ingredients except butter, red beans, whole egg liquid, and sesame seeds into the bread machine and start kneading the dough. After the first stage is completed, add butter and knead until it forms a thin film.

Let the dough rise in a warm, moist place until doubled in size.

Knead the dough slightly, remove the air and divide the dough into 8 portions.

Roll the dough into an oval, put red bean paste on one end, and cut the other end into strips with a knife.

Wrap the red bean paste in the dough and roll it up.

Carry out secondary fermentation. After it has doubled in size, brush with egg wash and decorate with black sesame seeds to form eyes. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes.
