Grate zucchini.

Rub until the flesh leaks out from all sides (I pursue a crispier texture, but you can actually rub it another layer)

Prepare cold boiled or purified water and soak the zucchini shreds to remove the mucus (more crispy)

Put minced garlic, dried chili segments, spicy millet segments, and Sichuan peppercorns in a bowl.

Splash in hot oil to activate the aroma.

Put a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of chicken essence, two spoons of light soy sauce, a spoonful of balsamic vinegar, a spoonful of sugar, and a spoonful of sesame oil in a bowl, and stir evenly.
