Cut the fried dough sticks into 4 cm sections, use chopsticks to hollow out the inner dough crumbs, and make them into tubes for later use;

Scrape off the skin of the lotus root, wash it, and cut into thick sections 2CM wide and 5CM long. Set aside.

Thread the lotus root strips into the fried dough sticks, and the vegetarian ribs are ready.

Mix the bowl juice: Add light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, refined salt, sugar, sesame oil, cooking wine and water starch to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
