Clean the chicken wings and slide them with a knife three times on both sides to make them more flavorful.

Put the chicken wings in a large bowl and add: salt, sugar, pepper, light soy sauce, shredded ginger, and minced garlic to taste.

Mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

After marinating for 20 minutes, add a tablespoon of honey barbecued pork sauce.

Let each chicken wing be coated with honey barbecued pork sauce on both sides and continue to marinate for 10 minutes. The entire marinating process is 30 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken wings piece by piece.

Fry one side until golden brown, then flip and continue frying on the other side.

Fry until both sides are golden brown, pour in the honey sauce that was marinated just now, cover the pot over medium-low heat, and cook for 5 minutes. If the sauce is too little to avoid scorching and drying out, you can add a little water and cook for 5 minutes. The chicken wings will be completely flavored, and the sauce will be almost gone and thicker. Turn off the heat.
