Braised shredded mustard greens
Overview
The most common dish is fried mustard shreds. After simmering for about 24 hours, an authentic mustard dish comes out. The spicy mustard flavor goes straight to the nose. Any mustard paste, mustard powder or mustard oil has a pure fragrance that cannot be compared. You can make a little more at a time, seal it and keep it in the refrigerator for a week!

Wash fresh mustard heads

Cut into thin strips

Sprinkle with salt and marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour
