Beer shredded pork
Overview
It is no longer unusual for beer to be used in food. Beer duck, beer eggs, beer chicken wings, etc. are all familiar dishes. I have half a can of dark beer left at home, and it will go bad if I don’t use it. Today I used it to make this beer shredded pork dish, which tastes very good. My picky eater even ate half a bowl of rice.
