  1. Take a large bowl, add flour, sugar, matcha powder and mix evenly. For taste and aesthetic reasons, I used two different matcha powder blends.

  2. Take another large bowl and sift the evenly mixed powder.

  3. Slowly add milk and mix well.

  4. Add eggs and mix well. I made an 8-inch one to give away and a small one to take pictures and eat myself, so I used 1.5 times the amount.

  5. Strain the mixture through a sieve, pour into a large bowl, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.

  6. Take a flat-bottomed non-stick pan and brush it with oil.

  7. Pour in an appropriate amount of batter and shake the pan to distribute the batter evenly. I made an 8-inch cake, which is about 30ml per cake.

  8. Place it on low heat and heat it, adjust the heating position appropriately until the surface solidifies, take it out and let it cool. Generally one is 18 floors.

  9. Put the cream and sugar into a large bowl and beat.

  10. Lay the dough flat and brush with a layer of cream.

  12. Take the matcha powder, sift it on the top of the cake with a strainer, and cut it into small pieces.
