Grandpa’s burrito
Overview
I was checking Moments at noon, and someone said that I must eat spring pancakes today. My wife said, if those who go to the provincial capital and those who return to Yanbian leave, who will eat? After hearing this, no matter what you say, you must comply with the solar terms. Isn’t there a saying that it’s easier to eat when there are fewer people, but it’s easier to work when there are more people? Just do less. This cake of mine is as thin as a cicada's wing. If you don't believe it, you can read the words on the book through the cake. Served in rolls, you can eat a dozen rolls at a time. The children call it "Grandpa's Cake". I took out the things, closed them, and prepared the dishes. Ordered some more noodles. It wasn't long before it was done. It is up to the wife to send invitations to the children at home and reward them with gifts. It was quickly swept away. I feel a little regretful if I didn’t eat it today!

Blanch one third of the flour in boiling water, add water after it cools down to form a dough and let it rest for 5 minutes. Knead again into a smooth dough and set aside
-
Prepare the ingredients for Xianjing rolls
-
Blanch the potatoes thinly, but not too cold. The water naturally cools to room temperature.
-
Thinly shred carrots, stir-fry in oil and set aside
-
Take three-quarters of the shredded beef with soy sauce and stir-fry for a while with ginger and green onions. Add stock and simmer until soft, then reduce the juice and set aside.
-
Chop the remaining quarter of the pork into minced pieces, stir-fry with thirteen spices and soybean paste and set aside.
-
Roll the dough into strips and add the ingredients, brush a little cooked oil in the middle of each pair. Flatten and roll into thin slices, then bake.
-
A pancake that comes out of the pan is pulled apart from the middle to become two finished pancakes. If you are interested, you can put one of the cakes on the book and you can see what is written under the cake.
-
Spread the sauce on the finished pancake, roll it up with the reserved vegetables and enjoy.

Today is the seventh day of the first lunar month at the beginning of spring, so I cooked some corn noodles. It can be mixed with sauce and vegetables and eaten as it is, or rolled into pancakes for a different taste.
