Overview
Stir-fried blue beans with sliced meatballs is a simple and quick dish. You don’t have time to make complicated meat dishes. Just stir-fry the beans and the meatballs are very delicious.

Prepare ingredients

Tear off the tendons of the orchid beans, soak them in light salt water for ten minutes and then wash them.

Pork balls cut into slices

Cut garlic sprouts into small pieces

Heat a pot over medium-high heat, pour in appropriate amount of oil, add garlic sprouts, and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add meatball slices

Stir fry until fragrant
