Baked crab in earthen pot
Overview
After eating crab for so many years, I think this is the most delicious one. Although the ingredients play a big role, the appropriate preparation method is also very important. Before, it was steamed in a pot. Improper operation caused the crab roe to be lost. During steaming, the umami flavor of the crab was reduced due to the large amount of water vapor. This time, it is baked in an earthen pot. The temperature of the earthen pot is used to mature the crabs without excess water to dilute the taste. Therefore, it is particularly delicious. I recommend that friends who like it give it a try.
