Overview
When eating bread and toast, always pair it with some eggs, vegetables, fruits, salad dressings, etc. I have always wanted to make a special bread that puts all these things together, so I made this bread bowl.

Put the whole egg liquid, warm milk, left salt and right sugar, high flour and whole wheat flour in order in the bread bucket. Make a small well in the flour, add the yeast and cover it. Start the dough mixing process. After the dough is formed, add 20g of corn oil and knead for another 10 minutes

Turn on the fermentation function and let the dough ferment in the bucket for half an hour

Take out the dough, knead it evenly and remove the air, divide it into 40g pieces, and let it rest for 10 minutes

Roll out the dough into a round piece with a thickness of about 0.5-1cm

Flip the cake mold over, cover it with the round dough piece, press around to release the air

After everything is covered, cover with gauze and ferment until doubled in size

Brush with egg yolk, place in the preheated oven, and bake on the middle shelf at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes

Take out the baking pan, let it cool for a while, carefully remove the bread from the cake mold, and turn it over to make a bowl shape
