Prepare the required ingredients (wash and drain the picked peppers and eggplants, slice the ginger and garlic and set aside)

Prepare star anise, Sichuan peppercorns and beef, wash and cut into small pieces and set aside

First blanch the beef in water to remove the blood foam, take it out, wash and drain

Put it in the pressure cooker, pour an appropriate amount of hot water, add a little cooking wine, green onions and ginger slices and press until they are about 70 to 80% cooked

Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot and heat it up, then add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant

Add the cooked beef and stir-fry evenly

Then add the small pepper, eggplant, star anise, and Sichuan peppercorns and continue to stir-fry
