Soak the small bamboo shoots in warm water 2/3 hours in advance

Soak the duck legs in warm water for 20 minutes, wash and cut into pieces and set aside.

Cut millet pepper, ginger and garlic and set aside.

Heat the pan and stir-fry ginger, garlic, millet and pepper until fragrant

Add bean paste and stir-fry until red oil comes out

Pour in the duck legs and stir-fry the oil

Add small bamboo shoots, add water, cover the ingredients and bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer.
