Cold fern root powder
Overview
It is estimated that many of my friends have never tasted bracken root powder. However, when we were young, we often went to the mountains to dig bracken. Later, I accidentally saw someone making this powder and my mouth watered just by looking at the picture. So I tried it first and then ate it often. It tastes really good.

I don’t know if you have ever tried fern root powder. I accidentally saw someone else making it a few years ago and it looked delicious, so I went online and tried making it at home. It was really good.
-
Boil the water in the pot, add the flour and cook over medium heat. There is no absolute time. After cooking for six or seven minutes, you can taste it and it is not hard. Don't cook it too soft.
-
The cooked noodles are now cooled and boiled twice to cool down and then put into the prepared ice water. This will give a better taste.
-
After the other ingredients are prepared, drain the water from the powder and put it into a large basin, add minced ginger, garlic, and minced millet.
-
A spoonful of balsamic vinegar.
-
A little light soy sauce and a spoonful of cold sauce.
-
A spoonful of chili oil.
-
A little sesame oil.
-
I also added two tablespoons of homemade chili oil, which is super fragrant.
-
Just fry the peanuts in advance [remember to put the peanuts into the pot with cold oil, fry them slowly over low heat until they are almost seven ripe, because they will become crispy when cold, otherwise the back will turn black directly and taste mushy].
-
A little sugar, chicken powder, salt
-
You can chop cilantro or chives and mix them evenly with chopsticks, then taste it to see if anything is missing and add whatever you want. After all, everyone’s taste is different
-
If you mix it early, you can cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator to chill. It will taste better. You don’t need it in winter. In summer, when the weather is hot, I like ice cold things
-
It looks delicious, right?
-
Does anyone like corn spareribs soup as much as I do? I really like it
-
After cooking it for two hours, you can drink two bowls in one sitting
-
Thirteen spice lobster.

Basically every day when I go to work, I make a takeaway lunch for myself because I really can’t eat it.

I want to be a warm and powerful person, not to change for others, but to make myself more calm and calm in life. What warms me is my own years. It has nothing to do with others or you.
