Braised tender tofu with minced pork
Overview
When you start to wonder what to eat, choose tofu. All flavors are delicious, old, tender, fried, stewed, roasted, or grilled. . . Add some mushrooms, minced meat, and some soybean paste. It feels like a little soybean paste is a bit of a magic touch. Haha, although it’s a bit exaggerated, my kids especially like the tender tofu wrapped in these flavors.
