It is sweet, spicy, fresh, and fragrant. It can be used for noodles, dipping sauces, stir-fries, and hot pots. Suddenly I thought that I could try the beef ball rice bowl. The chewy hand-beaten beef balls, the smooth mushrooms, the refreshing rice, mixed with the fragrant sauce, it is the most delicious thing.

Soak the mushrooms in advance and cut them into cross-cut pieces.

Wash the broccoli and break into small florets.

Wash the beef balls, fry them in oil pan until golden brown, take them out.
