Put the purchased Holy Son in a basin, turn on the tap water, sprinkle some salt, and keep it for 3 days until all the sediment is vomited out.

Prepare ingredients: ginger slices, garlic cloves, green onions.

green peppers and 2 red peppers each. Remove the head and tail of the pepper you like, cut the pepper vertically with a knife and remove the seeds.

Cut the processed peppers into squares.

Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring to a boil, add salt and cooking oil, pour in the processed razor clams, and cook until all the shells burst.

Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour in the processed razor clams, add oil, dark soy sauce, and cooking wine and stir-fry until fragrant.

Sprinkle in salt, chicken powder, sugar and oily chili seeds and stir-fry until flavourful.

Pour in appropriate amount of water and cook for 5 minutes until cooked through.

Add the chopped chilies, sprinkle in an appropriate amount of cumin powder, and thicken with water starch.
