Stir-fried rapeseed
Overview
Rapeseed moss is the tenderest section on the rapeseed flowers when they are about to bloom. I bought a handful on the way home because they looked fresh. Simply stir-fry them and it’s delicious!

A handful of rapeseed moss, washed, picked off the older ones, washed peppers and cut into rings

Heat oil in a pot and sauté the chilies until fragrant

Add the washed rapeseed greens, add salt and stir-fry, add a small amount of chicken essence before serving

Take out of the pot
