The ultimate enjoyment for your taste buds, red yeast cranberry bread
Overview
This is a large loaf of 750 grams. It is kneaded, fermented and baked by the PE9600WT bread machine. The color is attractive and suitable for a family of four or five to enjoy! The recipe comes from love and freedom, and the resulting bread is soft and delicious. The ingredient red yeast rice powder has strong coloring power for proteins and is often used as a food dye. Compared with chemically synthesized red pigments, it has the advantages of being non-toxic and safe, and it also has the effects of strengthening the spleen, digesting food, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis. However, you need to be careful when using red yeast rice powder. The dosage should not be too much, otherwise it will taste bitter. However, you can add some sugar to remove acidity and relieve bitterness. Dried cranberries need to be soaked and moistened with water. They taste sour, sweet and refreshing, and have a better taste than raisins.
