Ingredients
Steps
-
Pour the prepared softened butter at room temperature into a small milk pot with the milk, salt and sugar.
-
Place the small milk pot on the stove and heat until it boils.
-
When the water is boiling and bubbling, turn to low heat, pour in the low-gluten flour, and stir quickly to form a dough.
-
Stir evenly to form a dough.
-
When the batter has cooled down to the point where it is no longer hot to the touch, add the egg liquid in small amounts in small portions, waiting for it to be completely absorbed each time before adding the next one. Pick up the batter and make it look like an inverted triangle.
-
Put the batter into a piping bag with a chrysanthemum tip and set aside. Pour into donut molds like cookie dough.
-
After preheating the oven to 210 degrees, place the mold on the middle layer and bake for 10 to 15 minutes. After the puffs have expanded and set, turn the heat to 180 degrees and continue baking for 20 to 30 minutes until the surface is brown.
-
Once out of the oven, unmold and transfer to a cooling rack to cool.
-
Add light cream and sugar into a basin and beat immediately, then put it into a piping bag and set aside.
-
Use a knife to make an incision on the outside of the puff, fill it with whipped cream and add fruit pieces. Drizzle an appropriate amount of chocolate sauce on the surface of the puff ring. Good looks will add points!
