Laoganma’s steamed eggplant

A super simple meal for fools. Friends who don’t have enough time and are afraid of oil fumes can try it.

Wash the eggplant. Chop the garlic cloves (it would be better if you can mash it into a paste)

Slice the eggplant and arrange on the plate

Sprinkle with minced garlic

Steam over high heat for five minutes

Steam until soft and take it out. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a hot pan until smoking

Pour hot oil on it and then add a little light soy sauce (or steamed fish soy sauce) and balsamic vinegar. Stir in the amount of Lao Gan Ma you like

Just garnish with some chopped green onions at home!
