Red and pink seaweed rolls
Overview
I really like eating amaranth. It tastes great when simply stir-fried or mixed, and no additional seasoning is needed. Add it to rice to make seaweed rolls that Fatty likes to eat. It tastes very good. You can also eat it with your favorite sauce.

Prepare materials

Pick and clean amaranth leaves

Add oil and salt and fry the amaranth

Spread the eggs, cut the skin into thin strips, and cut the cucumber into thin strips
