Cranberry Toast
Overview
You don’t need to buy toast, you can make it at home. The recipe is simple and easy to learn. It is soft and smooth. Prepare the ingredients. Today I am using Japanese toast powder and dried cranberries. If you don’t have it, you can omit it.

Add purified water, egg liquid, salad oil and other liquids to the bread barrel in sequence, add salt and sugar, sift in bread flour, add yeast, start 2 dough kneading programs, take 36 minutes, and ensure that the dough comes out of the glove film. Then start the fermentation process for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Take the fermented dough out of the bread barrel, knead it repeatedly to release the gas, divide the dough evenly into 4 dough balls, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes.

Wash the dried cranberries in advance and drain them with kitchen paper.

Take a piece of dough, use a rolling pin to make a mark in the middle, then roll it into a dough in two directions upwards and downwards, sprinkle with dried cranberries, and roll it up from one end. (You can also roll it twice)

Roll the other 3 dough rolls in the same way, and then put them into the toast box.

Put it in the oven for secondary fermentation, and set the fermentation time at 45 degrees for 40 minutes.

After the second fermentation is completed, take out the baking pan and open the lid of the toast box. It has grown to be very full and the top is accidentally broken. You can leave the lid of the toast box open. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees for 5 minutes. During the preheating period, brush the surface of the fermented toast with egg wash.

Then put it into the preheated oven and bake at 160 degrees in the middle rack for about 25 minutes (temperature and time vary from oven to oven, please adjust according to your own oven settings)

Out of the oven. The freshly baked toast is soft, silky and elastic, very delicious, and the aroma fills the room. It's not hard after 3 days, it's just as delicious.
