Overview
Add soybean paste when grilling fish and it tastes great.

Wash and clean the small sea fish.

Chop onions and ginger and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté onion and ginger, add soybean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add fish and fry.

Add appropriate amount of water and some very fresh soy sauce.

Add some lighthouse soy sauce. Simmer over medium heat until the soup thickens. Add some salt and mix well.

Sprinkle with chopped coriander.
