Ginger sliced squid tentacles
Overview
This kind of squid tentacles is different from the usual squid. This squid tentacle weighs more than a pound, but it tastes quite good. Today I paired ginger with squid tentacles to cook a dish: ginger sliced squid tentacles.

Main and auxiliary ingredients: squid tentacles, ginger, pepper Seasonings: oil, salt, MSG, cooking wine, vinegar, green onions

Cut the squid tentacles into slices. Set aside after cutting.

Slice the ginger and pepper.

Boil water in a pot and add appropriate amount of cooking wine. Add reserved squid tentacles. Blanch for about 1 minute.

Remove after blanching.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped green onion. Add ginger slices and pepper. Stir-fry until the ginger slices and pepper are broken.

Add squid tentacles and stir-fry evenly. Add salt and MSG to taste.

Finally add a few drops of vinegar to freshen it up.

Stir well and turn off the heat.

Remove from pan, plate, and serve.
