  2. Cut the squid tentacles into slices. Set aside after cutting.

  4. Boil water in a pot and add appropriate amount of cooking wine. Add reserved squid tentacles. Blanch for about 1 minute.

  5. Remove after blanching.

  6. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped green onion. Add ginger slices and pepper. Stir-fry until the ginger slices and pepper are broken.

  7. Add squid tentacles and stir-fry evenly. Add salt and MSG to taste.

  8. Finally add a few drops of vinegar to freshen it up.
