Cranberry Matcha Mochi
Overview
I received the new matcha powder and couldn’t help but make more, but found that there wasn’t much that could be done with 100 grams. I happened to have a bag of pre-mixed powder on hand and combined it with matcha mochi, which tasted pretty good. It’s worth trying for those who like matcha and mochi!
