Overview
After the Lantern Festival, there were a lot of glutinous rice dumplings left at home. I soaked peanuts, red beans and peas the night before. The next day, I crushed them with a Docobi food processor and added flour to make multigrain glutinous rice dumplings

Use a food processor to stir the red beans, peanuts and peas that have been soaked in advance into powder with small particles. Pour into the bread machine, add flour and yeast, and start the mixing function for 13 minutes.

Divide the risen dumplings into eleven equal parts, flatten the dough slightly with your hands, wrap the dumplings directly in them, and let them rest for 30 minutes.

Brush the steamer basket with cooking oil, put the secondary fermented dough into the upper pot and steam it for fifteen minutes. This is the steamed glutinous rice dumpling bun.
