Black Pepper Sausage Bread
Overview
Most of the usual bread is sweet, but this time I changed the taste and made it into savory sausage bread, with cracked black pepper and spicy powder added. After baking, the aroma filled the house. My son ate three of them at once, haha~

Puree the carrots and set aside.

Pour high-gluten flour, dry yeast, sugar, milk, and carrot puree into the bread machine and start the kneading process for about 28 minutes.

At about 10 minutes, add butter and salt and continue to complete the kneading process

The kneading process is finished.

Can pull out the film.

Place in a basin and ferment at room temperature.

Fermented dough.

Take it out, knead it and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Roll into long strips.

Divide into six equal parts and let rest for 5 minutes.

Take a piece and flatten it into a long shape.

Sprinkle with cracked black pepper.

Sprinkle with a little chili powder and salt.

Make a few cuts on both sides, as shown in the picture.

Place the sausage in the middle.

Wrap it crosswise.

Place in baking pan for secondary fermentation.

After secondary fermentation, brush with a thin layer of egg wash.

Sprinkle some more black pepper.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 10 minutes in advance, place it in the middle of the baking pan and bake for 25 minutes with up and down heat. Take it out.
